The program focuses on five areas
identified as critical to ensuring success of the communities and
Tennessee in job and economic development, fiscal strength and
efficient government, public safety, education and workforce
development and health and welfare.
Monroe County recently was
awarded a $15,000 grant for its Health Council programs. The program
will be called "Monroe on the Move" and will focus on prevention
areas of health and wellness.
