A Sweetwater man has been charged with
attempted aggravated burglary, three counts of reckless endangerment
with a deadly weapon, and vandalism over $1,000.
Sweetwater Police Officer Nick Farrell
said Randal Lee Douglas, 39, Mountain View Road, first attempted to
break in a residence on Kinzalow Circle then came back later and
rammed his truck into a garage door several times.
One of the alleged victims told police
that she had moved out of Douglass' home and she believed he was
angry with her.
The alleged victim said her infant
child was sleeping in a room close to the garage Douglas drove into.
