Vonore is searching for a new
After about eight years, Rodney Tallent no longer
has the job and Mayor Larry Summey would only say he was no longer employed by the town.
"We're using an interim-city recorder," Summey said, "and looking for
another one. Brenda Tipton will do the job until we hire another person."

applying for the job should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting,
management or public administration, supplemented with a minimum of two years experience in
government administration or accounting.
