Madisonville Mayor Glenn Moser recently
announced sewer work that could impact traffic in the town.
"I just wanted to advise the public
about the sewer project going on and all the streets being torn up," Moser said. "This is just progress at work, on Warren, Monroe,
Ingram and Veal Heights. The work that is going on is the CDBG
grant that we received in Dec. 2012 of $500,000."
"We ask that everyone be patient
until project is done and the streets will be paved," Moser added
Moser also said the new traffic lights
at New Highway 68 and Isbill Road are in progress as well. Signs are
up and roadways ready for construction.
