MADISONVILLE-Several murder cases that
were scheduled to be heard before spring came to an end this year,
have now been pushed back until later in the year or had trial dates
Both Stephen Labron Chrisman Jr. and
Charles Allen Kile were scheduled to go on trial this month for the
June 2012 killing of 18-year-old Justin Craig Click, but after
Chrisman asked last month that his case be tried separately, neither
faced a jury this month.
Both are charged with first-degree
murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and setting fire to
personal property or land after they allegedly killed Click, saying
he had been molesting Chrisman's four-year-old daughter.
