MADISONVILLE-A Madisonville man who has
been charged with vehicular homicide after a one-car wreck on
Hiwassee Road Feb. 13, had his case sent to a Monroe County Grand
Jury Wednesday.
After listening to testimony and
evidence in the case against Daniel Ray Loyola, General Sessions
Judge Reed Dixon ruled the case should continue in a higher court.
Madisonville Police Sgt. Adam Russell
said the wreck happened around 11:18 p.m. Feb. 13 and he arrived to
find a black vehicle sitting sideways in the road with major damage.
Adams said the car left the road, went into a ditch, hit a tree and
came to a stop back on the road. See full story in the Sunday, March 3, edition of The Advocate & Democrat.
