Trucker driver indicted for crashing into trooper

Nearly a year after it happened, Florida truck driver Eric D. Lewis has been indicted on aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and failure to drive within a single lane of traffic charges in the March 13, 2012, wreck on Interstate 40/75 near the Walker Springs exit that nearly killed Tennessee Highway Patrol Sgt. Lowell Russell, a Vonore native.
