Vehicular homicide suspect awaits trail date

MADISONVILLE-After a year and a half, a man who ran from law enforcement after he allegedly caused a wreck that killed two people in September 2011 still does not have a trial date set.

Timothy Augusta Davis, 38, Lincoln Drive, Madisonville, is facing charges of vehicular homicide, two counts, vehicular assault, reckless driving, following too closely, window tint violation, failure to render due care and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Davis has been in court several times since the wreck that killed two, but a trial date has never been set.
