SWEETWATER-Proving that you can keep an
alleged methamphetamine lab anywhere, two men were arrested Sunday
after authorities said they were spotted walking down Greenbriar
Road outside of Sweetwater.
Monroe County Sheriff's Detective Ben
Bakers said he went to Greenbriar Road after Deputy Tillman Steele
said he had detained two men after 911 received a call that they were
walking down with road with a meth lab.
Steele said he stopped Mickey Brian
Taylor and Joseph Dunkin to see what was going on and noticed some
plastic tubing sticking out of Dunkin's pocket. Steele said he told
the men he was going to search them, but before he could do that,
Taylor allegedly pulled a "shake bottle" out of his pants
pocket and dropped it on the ground. See full story in the Wednesday, Jan. 16, edition of The Advocate & Democrat.
