Pretty in Pink 
Author: Staff Report Liliana Howe the first baby born in 2013 at the Women's Wellness and Maternity Center. She was born Jan. 5 to Crystal and James Howe of Tellico Plains. The baby girl was caught by Certified Nurse Midwife Carla King at 6:01 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. and 12 oz. WWMC is a not for profit, free standing birthing center providing care to the women of Monroe and the surrounding counties for 30 years.
