SWEETWATER-It may have been the shortest Sweetwater Mayor and Board of Commissioners meeting in recent memory, taking less than 10 minutes Monday night.

But the commission tackled a couple of issues in that short time span, including passing the first reading of a new sign ordinance, which will stop off-premise advertising with temporary signs.
