up to the court to decide when they should go on trial.
Nicholas Dean Jones, Cheryl Rebecca
Norwood and John Tyler Brown, all with Tellico Plains area addresses, and Brandy Elizabeth Wiseman have all been charged in connection with
the April 2011 death of Presley.
All four were in court Monday and Jones
and Brown were given February trial dates. Brown on Feb. 20 and Jones
on Feb. 26.
Norwood was given a status hearing date
of Feb. 19, but investigators said her case is still being looked at.
Wiseman was also given a status hearing date of Feb. 19, but the
court said she can't be brought to trial unless the others are
convicted. See full story in the Wednesday, August 29, edition of The Advocate & Democrat.
