MADISONVILLE-It took three days and the
jury watching hours of interview videos, but a Delano man was found
guilty of facilitating second-degree murder and accessory after the
fact to second degree murder last week.
A trial date has been set for a man who
allegedly took part in a murder in March of 2010.
Jonathan Michel Brown, 27, Chestue
Road, Delano, was accused of picking up Kenneth Waldrop after Waldrop
killed Renee Miller and left her body in a car outside of Etowah in
March 2009. After three days of testimony, the jury agreed with
prosecutors.
Waldrop pleaded guilty to second-degree
murder in September 2010 and received a 25-year sentence. See full story in the Wednesday, July 4, edition of The Advocate & Democrat.
