The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has released more details about the suspected
murder of a Sweetwater man. TBI today charged two men with first-degree murder in Monroe County after the victim was found
shot to death in the Bald River Falls area of the Cherokee National Forest yesterday. Charles Kile, 51, and Steven
Chrisman Jr., 31, have both been arrested and charged with one count of first-degree murder
today. The victim,
18-year-old Justin Click, was found shot multiple times off an embankment from a gravel road just
inside the Tennessee state line from the North Carolina, TBI said. TBI said the three men were in a secluded area of
the park swimming and drinking when Click was allegedly shot. TBI was contacted by federal park
law enforcement to investigate the murder after Click's body was discovered. Kile was arraigned and booked into the Monroe
County jail on a $250,000 bond. Chrisman will be arraigned later today.
