SWEETWATER-The Sweetwater Merchants and Property Owners Association (SMPOA) continues to work to promote Sweetwater businesses and may have some new opportunities to do that.

During the June 21 regular monthly meeting, members heard a report from the organizers of the Redneck Resort, the new 200-acre mud park going up along Interstate 75 at the outside edge of the Sweetwater city limits.
