SWEETWATER-Downtown revitalization efforts in Sweetwater are recognized as a model of success throughout the state.

Much of that success can be traced to merchants like Janice and Ron Johnson, who helped spearhead the town's efforts to forge an antique district in the late 1990s. The Johnsons opened and operated Sweetwater Valley Antiques from 2001-2009, and Ole Glory Antiques from 2010-2011.
