Carra Lee Belcher

Carra Lee Belcher of Tellico Plains, passed away at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 17, at Sweetwater Hospital.  She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. 

She was 77.

Preceded in death by: husband, Carl Belcher; parents, Clyde and Essie Marie Young; brothers, Alvin and Hewelet Young.

Survivors include: children and spouses-Michael and Virginia Belcher, Ronnie and Wanda Belcher, Barbara and Danny Butler, Linda and Benny Gourley, Brenda and Ricky Freeman, Michelle and Sam Bell and Glenn and Bonnie Belcher, all of Tellico Plains;

Fifteen grandchildren;

Twenty-one great-grandchildren;

Two great-great-grandchildren;

Sisters-Leatha Laverne Miller of Madisonville; Barbara Pauletta Best, and Stella Louise Colvin, both of Tellico Plains;

Brothers-J.D. Young and Terry Young, both of Atlanta; and            William Edward Young of Sweetwater;

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, at Macedonia Baptist Church, with Rev. Larry Walker and Rev. Arthur Moser officiating. Interment will be in Epworth Methodist Cemetery, with Rev. Josh Butler officiating.  Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Tellico Plains.
