Raymand Wayne Perlaki

Raymond Wayne Perlaki of Madisonville, passed away Thursday, Feb. 14, at Sweetwater Hospital.

He was 27.

Preceded in death by: his father, Steve Perlaki; and Grandma Ruth.

Survivors include: daughter-Rayvnn McKenna Perlaki;

Girlfriend-Antonia Galarza Turner;

Mother and stepfather-Lorie and Paul Jenkins;

Twin sister-Rachel Redden;

Sisters-Machaela Williams and Katelyn Williams;

Brothers-Joshua Williams, Steve Perlaki and Martin Redden;

Grandmother, Rena Hubbard, all of Madisonville;

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, in Biereley-Hale Chapel with Rev. Scott Cardin officiating. Family will receive friend from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
