William Frank Hamby of Sweetwater, passed away at 2:09 a.m., Monday, Feb. 4, at Sweetwater Hospital. He was a member of Clifton Baptist Church.

He was 70.

Preceded in death by: parents, William Arthur and Minnie Viola Russell Hamby.

Survivors include: wife of 51 years-Brenda J. Hamby;

Daughter and son-in-law-Becky Hamby-Blankenship and Kelly Blankenship

of Loudon;

Sons and daughter-in-law-Bobby E. and Connie Hamby; and Hunter L. Hamby, of Sweetwater;

Grandchildren-Ashley LaRue Helton, Scott Hamby, Leslie Ellison, Bethany Bryant, Adam Worley and Brittany Whitaker;

Nine great-grandchildren;

Sisters and brothers-in-law-Susie and Willie Click of Maryville, Bernice McLemore of Madisonville; Bernalee Earl True of Maryville; and Edna Franklin of Vonore;

Brothers and sisters-in-law-Earl and Anita Hamby of Vonore; and Connie and Helen Hamby;

Nephews-Ronnie, David and Robert McLemore, all of Madisonville;

Several other nieces and nephews;

Funeral services will be 8 p.m., Tuesday, in Biereley-Hale Chapel, with Rev. Jim Stakely and Rev. Michael McLemore officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, in Hopewell Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at
