Matthew Loy Daniels

Matthew Loy Daniels of Sweetwater, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Sweetwater, where he was active with the church youth group.

He was 15.

Preceded in death by: grandfather, Loy “Buddy” Daniels; uncle, Mike Daniels; and cousin Aimie King.

Survivors include: parents-Marc and Joy Daniels;

Sisters-Isabella and Jillianne Daniels, all of Sweetwater;

Grandparents-Don and Patsy Iles and Maxine Daniels, all of Dayton;

Uncle-Greg Iles and wife, Misty;

Cousin-Fallyn, all of Chattanooga;

Uncle-David Daniels and wife, Connie;

Cousins-Drew and Hunter Daniels, all of Dayton;

Aunt-Debbie King;

Cousins-Ben King of Evansville; Mandi Moffitt of Chattanooga; Cassie Brown and Diana Massengale of Oak Ridge; and Cayle Lefevre of Harriman.

Family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m., Monday, Jan. 28, at First Baptist Church, Sweetwater. A memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m., Tuesday, at First Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Matthew Daniels Memorial. Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater, in charge of arrangements.
