Christopher James  Smiley of Lenoir City,   formerly of Maryville, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Fort Loudoun Medical Center. Christopher, affectionately known as ”Smiley,” will be remembered as a good friend, brother and son. 

He was 21.

Preceded in death by: his grandparents, Gerald and Carolyn Smiley; father, Brian Smiley; and sister, Cari Michelle Presley.

Survivors include: his mother-Leanna Amburn;

Brother-Steven Presley;

Sisters-Christen Smiley and  Stephanie Presley;

Uncles and spouses-Chris and Debbie Tambor, Larry  and Lisa Smiley and Tim and Angela Smiley;

Aunt and spouse-Leighann and Tracy Underwood;

Many cousins and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Christopher’s life will be 8 p.m., Friday, Jan. 25, in the Dotson Wildwood Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Amburn, officiating. Mr. Smiley will be cremated after the ceremony.  The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., Friday at Dotson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help assist with his funeral expenses. Donations may be made to the Chris Smiley Fund at any Regions Bank location.
