Debbie Moe Breeden

Debbie Moe Breeden of Manchester,
passed away Thursday, Jan. 17 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, surrounded by her loving
family and friends, following a courageous battle with cancer. Moe was born in Fayetteville and was
a graduate of Fayetteville Central High School, Motlow State Community College and received her
bachelor of science degree from MTSU. She was employed as a Database Administrator for ATA at
Arnold Air Force Base for more than 25 years. She attended Bell Springs United Methodist Church in
the Noah Community. Moe loved all animals, especially her dogs and cat. She loved all
sports, especially women's sports, including softball and basketball. She loved traveling with
her husband in sports at Coffee County, Riverdale and MTSU, where he coached football and
softball, and where so many of her cherished friendships began. She was definitely his number
one fan and supporter. She also loved the Peanuts cartoon characters, lighthouses, and beach
trips with her girlfriends.
She was 54.
Survivors include: her loving husband-Jeff Breeden of Manchester;
Her two dogs-Chance and Jake and cat, Forrest;
Parents-Bradley and Madge Brake of Manchester;
Sister and spouse-Carol and Charlie Cox of Manchester;
Three nieces-Liz (Tony) Lockhart of Cane Ridge; Stephanie Hudgens and Shaina Cox,
both of Manchester; and
A host of special friends throughout Middle
Tennessee.
Funeral services for Debbie Moe Breeden were conducted at
2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 20, at Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Louis Johnson and Bro. David
Stockton officiating. Burial followed in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the
family requests that donations be made to the newly formed Debbie Moe Breeden Memorial
Scholarship, MTSU Box 576, Murfreesboro, TN 37132. Manchester Funeral Home, in charge of
arrangements.
