Hazel Ruth Dailey

Hazel Ruth Dailey (Rooster), widow of Hugh Dailey of
Madisonville, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 9, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She
was a member of Wilson Station Presbyterian Church and retired from Athens
Products after working many years.
She was 80.
Preceded in death by: parents, Carl and Cecelia Mae Garrett
McDaniel; sisters, Mildred Bivens and Bobbie Atkins; papaw and mamaw, Allen and
Minnie Belle McDaniel Garrett; and cousin, Wayne Garrett.
Survivors include: sons and daughters-in-law-Jerald and
Karen Dailey and Bill and Alice Dailey, all of Madisonville;
Grandchildren and spouses-Sarah Dailey and Blaine Prine;
Jaime Dailey, Beth and Scott Kenneth and Cathy and Jeb Neal;
Great-grandchildren-Sydney Hamilton, Derek Wall, Garrett
Prine, Cole Prine and Jackson Prine;
Sister-Betty Summitt of Madisonville;
Special cousins-Linda Garrett-Hensley, Ronnie McDaniel, Pete
Garrett, Patsy Lantzy, Pam Summitt and Ricky Summitt.
Several other nieces, nephews and many other special cousins.
Longtime special friends-Betty Byrum-Hicks, Betty Jo Gibson
and Roseanne Teague.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, in Biereley-Hale
Chapel with interment at Wilson Station Cemetery. Family will receive friends
from 5-8 p.m., Saturday, Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
