Clyde E. Boruff

Clyde E. Boruff of Sweetwater, passed away Thursday, Jan. 3. He was a member of Murray's Baptist Church of Sweetwater and retired from Southern Railroad, after 26 years of service.

He was 68.

Preceded in death by: daughter, Misty Boruff; parents, Arthur "Hot Shot" and Lena Boruff; sisters, Opal Wilkins and Nancy White.

Survivors include: brother and sister-in-law-Amos and Jo Boruff of Charleston;

Sisters and brother-in-law-Juanita Best, Evalena and David Jenkins, Mary Jane Boruff, all of Sweetwater;

Brother-in-law-Frank White of Madisonville;

Special friend-Wanda Dotson of Sweetwater;

Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 6, at Kyker Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m., in Kyker's Chapel with Rev. Bobby Lawson officiating. Interment will be 2 p.m., Monday in the Murray's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater, in charge of arrangements.
