Steve H. Lindner of Ooltewah, passed away Sunday, Dec. 30.  Steve was a retired engineer, employed by Duracell Batteries for 31 years.

He was 58.

Survivors include: his wife of 22 years-Susan Dickinson Lindner of Ooltewah;

Sons-David Lindner of Charlotte, N.C.;  Eric Lindner and wife, Jessica of Wilmington, N.C.;

Daughter-Melissa Lynn; 

Granddaughter-Mahala Lynn of Ooltewah;

Parents-Wade and Irene Lindner of Reliance.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Thursday, at Maple Springs Baptist Church, 221 Maple Springs Road, Tellico Plains, with Rev. Vernon Webb officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m., Thursday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Tellico Plains.
