Zelma Lee Lynn

Zelma Lee Lynn of Sweetwater, passed away at 4:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 30, at Sweetwater Hospital.

She was 79.

Preceded in death by: daughters, Barbara Ellen Powers and Eva Jo Gardner; several grandchildren; parents, William and Martha Pittman Carter.

Survivors include: husband-Essie Lynn Sr.;

Daughters and sons-in-law-Jewel Lynn of Beaufort, S.C.; Carrie Lee and Ray Ellington, Kathy Joyce and Terry Worley, Josie and Charles Wallace, Lottie Mae Faulkner and Mary Mandy Smith, all of Sweetwater;

Sons and daughters-in-law-William Paul and Carolyn Lynn, Essie Jr. and Ellen Lynn, Sam Harrison Lynn, Leonard William Lynn, Mark Dewayne Lynn and Douglas Ray and Gena Lynn, all of Sweetwater;

Thirty-five grandchildren;

Numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were 8 p.m., Sunday, at Biereley-Hale Chapel. Interment was 11 a.m., Monday at Sweetwater Memorial Park. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, in charge of arrangements.
