Doris Roberts

Doris Roberts of Vonore, passed away at 5:05 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 29, at Spring City Care and Rehab.  She was a member of Hopewell Springs Baptist Church.

She was 74.

Survivors include: daughter-Deborah Roberts of Vonore;

Grandchildren-Dorice Cowart, Johnny Cowart III and wife, Pam, Daniel Cowart and Randolph Cowart;

Four great-grandchildren;

Two great-great-grandchildren;

Sister-Janet Weil of Madisonville;

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be  7 p.m., Friday in Biereley-Hale Chapel, with Rev. Chris Farmer and Rev. Doug Alexander officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m., Saturday, at Hopewell Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:30-7 p.m., before the service. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, in charge of arrangements.
