Jimmy Stanley Russell

Jimmy Stanley Russell of Madisonville, passed away Tuesday,
Nov. 6, at Sweetwater Hospital. He
was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a World War II veteran serving
in the U.S. Army. He was a member
of 411 Chapel Baptist Church.
He was 90.
Preceded in death by: brother, Johnny Russell; and sisters,
Lizzie Russell and Dora Harrison.
Survivors include: wife of 52 years-Alma Sue Raper Russell;
Sons and daughters-in-law-Danny Ray Russell and fiancée,
Ashley Cook; Jimmy and Rhonda Russell and Douglas and Penny Russell, all of
Madisonville;
Daughter and son-in-law-Glenda and Jim Will of Woodbury,
N.J.;
Sisters-in-law-Betty Watson of Columbus, Ga.; Bonnie Smith
of Woodstock, Ga.;
and Frances
Hampton of Madisonville;
Brother-in-law-Mack Raper of Madisonville;
Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one
special great-grandchild, Peyton;
Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 8 p.m., Wednesday, in Biereley-Hale
Chapel, with Rev. Dwayne Leming and Rev. Michael McLemore officiating. Interment will be 1 p.m., Thursday, in
Haven Hill Memorial Gardens, with military honors provided by Sweetwater VFW
Post 5156 and DAV Chapter 93.
Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Biereley-Hale
Funeral Home, Madisonville.
