Troy W. Burton

Troy W. Burton of Sweetwater, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the family home.  He attended East Sweetwater Freewill Baptist Church of Sweetwater. 

He was 76.

Preceded in death by: his parents, and two sisters. 

Survivors include: his wife of 24 years-Jan Burton of Sweetwater;

Daughter-Kimberly Borneby, of California;

Stepchildren-Roberta Campbell of Greenwood, Ind.; Robert and Danny Hammond of Rushville, Ind.;

Ten grandchildren;

Seven great-grandchildren;

Brothers and sisters-in-law-James Burton of Sweetwater; Mack and Bonnie Burton and Frank and Betty Burton, all of Philadelphia;

Several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends frim 5-7 p.m., Thursday Oct. 11, with the funeral service to follow in Kyker's Chapel with Rev. Tim Gray officiating.  Family and friends will meet at 8:45 a.m. on Friday at East Sweetwater Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery  for a 9 a.m. interment.  Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater,  in charge of arrangements.
