Mary Charles McNabb Lovingood

Mary Charles McNabb Lovingood of Madisonville, passed away at 12:01 a.m., Monday, Sept. 24, at her home. She was a member of Hopewell Springs Baptist Church and was a cafeteria worker for Monroe County Schools for many years and worked in a nursing home. She was a wonderful Christian lady who was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was 84.

Preceded in death by: parents, Dewey and Sarah Yates McNabb; and brother, Gene McNabb.

Survivors include: Larry Joe Lovingood of Madisonville; and Dr. Robert C. and Darlene Lovingood of Vonore;

Grandchildren and spouses-Sonya Lovingood of Athens; Robby and Sarah Lovingood and Jeffrey and Chesley Lovingood, all of Madisonville; and Andy Lovingood of Vonore;

Great-grandchildren-Bailey Anna Lovingood, Caroline Lovingood, Cooper Lovingood, Catherine Lovingood and Brentley Lovingood;

Sister-Joyce McNabb of Cookeville;

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 8 p.m., Tuesday, in Biereley-Hale Chapel with Revs. Doug Alexander and Chris Farmer officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, in Hopewell Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., before the service on Tuesday. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, in charge of arrangements.
